I ordered the selection online, and followed up with a phone call that day. The arrangement was delivered on time. The customer service was exceptional. I appreciated the picture of the bouquet before it was delivered. The boutique was absolutely gorgeous. The recipient was very pleased, and said it brought a smile to her face during a difficult time. She also texted pictures.
